Return & Refund Policy
At Swarn Ayurveda, we strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. However, if you are not completely happy with a product you have received, we are here to help.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Products can be returned if they are defective, damaged during shipment, or if you receive the incorrect product.
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving the product.
2. Process for Returns

- Provide order details and the reason for return.
- Return the product in original condition with proof of purchase.
3. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or incorrect product).

Once we receive the returned product, it will be inspected to ensure it meets return conditions. If approved, we will process a refund or exchange within 7–10 business days.
5. Refunds
Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment. The time required for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
6. Non-Returnable Items
- Products that have been opened or used.
- Items not in original condition or damaged for reasons not due to our error.
7. Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item due to damage or defect, please contact us. Exchanges are processed after receiving the original item.
